A straight walk along the north western coastline from Freshwater Bay over Tennyson Down & West High Down to view The Needles from the former Black Knight Rocket Test Site onto Fort Victoria via Headon Warren, Totland & Colwell along the sea wall and Yarmouth to Hamstead before heading inland to Shalfleet
