A walk from Langdale along Mickleden & up Rossett Gill to Rossett Pike, then passing Angle Tarn onto Esk Hause to reach Esk Pike descending Ore Gap back to Angle Tarn, then across open fells to descend Black Crags picking up Stake Pass returning back along Mickleden
